Qualification A:
1. At least ANT 1 or Naval Architect background (MUST)
2. At least have 8 (eight) years as Marine Inspector
3. Mariner ANT 1 + OVID Certificate
4. Effective communication and good command in English
Job Scope A:
1. Vessel inspection
2. Regular inspection for all in-service vessel
3. Full aspects of vessel inspection covering structures, accommodation, machinery, navigational equipment, safety appliances and crew assessment
4. Supervision and analysis services for new building vessel project
5. Supervision and analysis services for vessel docking and repair activity
6. Supervision of marine performance test such as: speed test, pump test and fuel consumption test
7. Updating vessel report and crew database system
Qualification B:
1. Having KALK (Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut & Kepelabuhan) / KTK / S1 – MUST
2. Effective communication and good command in English
Job Scope B:
1. Updating and Filling ship’s certificate and IRC
2. Follow up compliance status of finding recommendations with related user / MEC
3. Monitor and follow up the inspection pending item
4. Compiling inspection report and made entry to SAP database
5. Compiling inspector finding and give to MLO/CAD for reduction scheme if applicable
6. Support Inspection Leader to maintain annual inspection statistic for KPI inspection
Qualification C:
1. At least ANT 2 and holding Pilot License (MUST)
2. At least have the 2 (two) years for relevant activities
3. Well known and experience about managing vessels and conducting marine operation in Mahakam Delta
4. communication and good command in English
Job Scope C:
1. Supervising marine operation activities
2. Supervising Swamp Rig Move and other vessel movement activities required a person as the Pilot including its related activities i,e pre job meeting, pre Rig move meeting
3. Conduct Incident investigation if required including create the its CTA
4. Conduct safety improvement program I,e: marine talk, personal coaching to marine crew safety campaign
5. Vessel Inspection
Qualification D:
1. Master in Marine or Naval Architect background (MUST)
2. At least have the 8 (eight) years for the relevant activities
3. Communication and good command in English
Job Scope D:
1. Vessel inspection out of local area and may abroad (South East Asia Region), for technical evaluation and suitability survey purposes
2. Full aspects of vessel inspection covering structures, accommodation, machinery, navigational equipment, safety appliances and crew assessment
3. Supervision and analysis services for new building vessel project
4. Supervision and analysis service for vessel docking and repair activity
5. Supervision of marine performance test such as speed test, pump test and fuel consumption test
6. Submit the inspection report to company representative at least 2 days after survey accomplished
Qualification E:
1. Marine Surveyor with liquid cargo certification (MUST)
2. Minimum ANT 3 (MUST)
3. Degree with bachelor
4. Communication and good command in English
Job Scope E:
1. Supervision of fuel transfer activity from and to TI facility
2. Regular fuel ROB inspection for vessel and shore tank within TI Facility
3. To update the report of fuel transfer and regular inspection
4. Analysis the HSD consumption of vessel supporting offshore operation, monitoring the movement including the verifying the reports
5. To ensure the fuel consumption of vessel dedicated for support offshore activities within the normal range and make the report for any deviation
6. To update and ensure the proper monthly report of HSD delivery and consumption for vessels supporting offshore activities available at any time
