Progressive Recruitment has been tasked with sourcing a Senior Project Engineer for a Client based in North Aberdeen.
A small Business offering individuals the opportunity to advance their career through taking on increased levels of responsibility, this client is looking for a candidate to fulfill the following role:
- Scheduling, planning & delivery of projects.
- Budget control of projects.
- Client interface for project delivery.
- Development and coaching of junior project delivery staff.

- Scheduling, planning & delivery of projects.
- Budget control of projects.
- Client interface for project delivery.
- Development and coaching of junior project delivery staff.

You role will involve:
- Liaising directly with the design team (on occasion you will be expected to check drawings, calcs etc).
- Being the main focal point for the customer on Operational issues.
- Being a positive influence on the team when deadlines have to be met, things go wrong etc.
- Being a people person & good communicator at all levels.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will assist in the preparation of proposed project schedules, costings etc to ensure full buy-in with project delivery timings and planned resources.
