RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Manage all recruitment activities, covering several points:
* Sourcing of candidates
* Liaise with candidates, universities, users, and other related parties
* Perform several steps of selection process
* Provide regular report of the selection activities and achievement of the target

Requirement:
* Graduate from Psychological Professional Program or Magister of Psychology, fresh graduate is acceptable
* Minimum GPA 3.00 scale of 4.00
* Good English Proficiency
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Willing to travel frequently to several cities in Indonesia
* Willing to work under contract basis
