Operations Manager / Executives – Tankers / Bulk / Container ship
Responsibilities:
* Manage and operate ocean-going vessels
* Ensure prompt delivery, vessel turnaround time and cargo optimization
* Appoint and liaise with port agents, ocean routing services, pilots and surveyors
* Vet and approve disbursements from agent
* Monitor and plan bunker supply to vessels
* Ensure smooth and timely payment/receipt of freight and hire payment
* Ensure accuracy of lay time calculation and final freight settlement

* Diploma or Degree or other relevant shipping qualifications
* At least 3 years of related experience in vessel operations
* Team player with good administration, organizational and people management skills
* Detailed and meticulous
* Willing to work irregular hours
