Senior Piping/PDMS Designer / Checker
Senior Piping/PDMS Designer / Checker
Job Requirements:
* Understand and comply with the requirements of the Project Specifications, the relevant Procedures, Specifications, Standards and other Job Notes applicable to the project
* Responsible for the preparation/check of fabrication piping isometric and support drawings to the requirements of the project, to prepare / check piping layouts, pipe support layout, isometric pipe support detail.
* Ensure that all drawings are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the program.
* Ensure that they are technically correct, checked and approved in accordance with Company procedures
* Ensure the design area is coordinated with adjacent areas and other disciplines to ensure design intent is satisfied
* Ensure that the information used to develop the design area is current and approved
* Ensure that the project QA and technical requirements are met for the deliverables that represent your area of design
* Ensure actively communication on concerned design area to the Piping project Lead
Ensure compliance with SHE standards and procedures
* Able to provide draughting checking function as directed by lead engineer.
* Experienced and capable of preparation/check of fabrication drawings.
* Experienced and capable in using 3D PDMS design tools and Autocad to produce piping drawings and report such as MTO, isometric & support list.
Job Qualifications:
* Graduated min from Technical High School with suitable experience in CAD & 3D design.
* Must have detailed knowledge and suitable fabrication experiences of Piping design in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industry.
* Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry as Piping designer and 5 years experience as PDMS Designer
Senior Structural Designer
Job Requirements:
* Understand and comply with the requirements of the Project Specifications, the relevant Procedures, Specifications, Standards and other Job Notes applicable to the project
* Responsible for the preparation/check of detailed drawings and documents to the requirements of the Project, not limited to prepare/check symbols and legends, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, details, BOM’s
* Ensure that all drawings and documents are complete within the allocated hours and in accordance with the program
* Ensure that technically are correct, checked and approved in accordance with Company procedures
* Experienced designer with sound technical background and strong knowledge of manual and CAD draughting techniques
* Conversant with codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation applicable to draughting function
* Conversant with company quality control assurance requirements applicable to draughting function
* Able to create base design drawings from agreed work scope with minimal input from engineering personnel
* Ability to accept delegated responsibility and control budgets for delegated tasks
* Able to provide draughting checking function as directed by lead designer
Job Qualifications:
* Graduated min. from Technical High School or equivalent with suitable experience in AUTO CAD design.
* Preferably with detailed knowledge and suitable experiences of Structural design in the Oil, Gas and Chemical Industry.
* Minimum 10 years experience in Oil and Gas industry as Structural Designer especially in offshore Topsides steel structure.
* Experienced and capable of preparation/check of detailed drawings for offshore Topsides steel structure.
* Experienced and capable of preparation/check of detailed shop/fabrication drawings offshore Topsides steel structure
* Experienced and capable of producing material take off (MTO) for structural devices and bulk materials
