FACILITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER ( Managerial Level )
The Facilities Management Engineer will be managing , and working with a small team of Facility Management professionals whose role it will be to advise, monitor and overview the entire Facilities Management operations of the client's premises.
The FM services provided by the client include operation and maintenance of technical services, power generation, water recycling, housekeeping, landscaping, and other building related services.
The Responsible Include :
* Energy Saving
* Working with, and advising a team of Managers, on how to improve operational and maintenance performance, including best practice maintenance techniques for individual pieces of major plant and equipment, for Mechanical & Electrical services, Building operations, Helpdesk, Janitorial, Landscape, and other facility related services
* Establish clear lines of communication within the team and with the client and end users
* Meet Client and End user satisfaction in line with agreed KPI's
* Supervise the negotiation of subcontract and suppliers agreements and ensure that the operation and maintenance cost targets are achieved
* Contribute to the preparation of Management Reports, Annual Business Plans and Budget Proposals for the Client
Requirements :
* Engineering degree in Mechanical / Electrical
* 15 years experience in the service industry, including building management
* Experience in negotiating and managing technical subcontractors
* Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
* self motivated and lateral thinking
* Fluent in English
This position will be based in Jakarta to handle 1 of the biggest Grade A Plaza, and will be reports to Project Director ( Expat )
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Quantity Surveyor's primary responsibility is to establish stock control systems via CMMS applications.
The Quantity Surveyor's secondary responsibilities is to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanship and to come out with a well-planned quotation which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling.
Responsibilities :
* Diligently monitor spare part usage, control cost and analyze trends
* Prepare and submit claims for payment and responsible for payment collection
* Prepare and submit quotations. Diligently to following up of the cases present on hand
* Do awarding of contracts and preparation of contracts related documents
* Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production
* Need to perform liaison with engineer and sales department
* Prepare Tenders, RFQ, and Evaluation
