Our client is the largest Polyethylene and Polypropylene production facilities in Indonesia. They are now invited talented candidate to join their plant in Cilegon area. The requirement as follows:
PETROCHEMICAL OPERATION MANAGER
(Jawa Barat - CILEGON)
Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility of overseeing the Operations of the plant
* Plan, prepare, control, track and project expenses and capital budgets for safe and efficient plant operations
* Ensure meeting the gross revenue and profit target for the business unit
* Improves operational efficiency through effective control of resources
* Cost control and job cost monitoring
* Ensure adherence to all quality systems and requirements
* Develop and implement safety systems and standards and for developing a safe working environment
* Training and development of operations personnel
* Focus to effectively serve customers
* Assumes additional responsibilities for production operation which included industrial products blending plant
* Bachelor, graduated from Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
* Working minimum 10 years experience in process advice/engineering
* Extensive experience in planning projects, TAM's and Revamps
* Working minimum 15 years plant operations line management
* Having leadership skills
* Fluently in English (read, write and speak)
* Willing to work short period abroad
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil and Gas) or equivalent.
* At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Engineering - Oil and Gas or equivalent. Job role in Project Management or Technician/Support.
* 1 Full-Time positions available
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil and Gas) or equivalent.

* Experience in estimating cost , monitoring cost vs plan in process industry
* International experience in the oil & gas industry
* Fluently in English ( read , write , and speak )
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Oil and Gas or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER
