1. Industrial Relation Coordinator (Reference no. 702)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field
• At least 7 years of experience in industrial relation, preferably in oil and gas industry
• Good understanding of manpower laws
• Experience in establishing Collective Labor Agreement, managing organizations structure changes and employee movement process, tender process and managing third party contracts
• Possess sufficient exposure in dealing with government agencies such as BP Migas, Migas and Manpower Department

• Candidate must possess at least Technical High School or Diploma Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Possess strong Safety and Environment awareness
• Computer literate and fluent in English oral and written
• Willing to be placed in remote area
