DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client: a major Engineering contractor (Oil and Gas) in Nigeria. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:
OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Code: OCM)
Nationality : Indonesian
a. A minimum of 8-10 years managerial experience in offshore construction including 5 years supervisory experience with offshore fields in the Overseas.
b. Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Mechanical or Structural in industrial/offshore construction engineering field is preferable.
c. Knowledge of ISO and International Safety Procedures, Good understanding of offshore health and safety requirements.
d. Sound knowledge of all aspects of erection of structural works, fabrication, welding & installation, hydro test / leak test procedures, heat treatment techniques, lifting operations from a floating platform.
e. Significant experience in offshore construction - oil and gas or offshore renewable
f. Ability to manage complex offshore projects in a multi contract, multi discipline arena
g. Worldwide experience with Contractors and Vendors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore facilities.
h. Highly skilled negotiator
i. Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment and demonstrate a positive approach to change, with an ability to demonstrate/encourage this approach in a team manager capacity
j. IT Literate (Excel and Word) with familiarity of Completions Management Databases
k. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
l. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.

PLANNING AND PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER (Code: PPCE)
Nationality : Indonesian
a. Shall have a minimum of 8 years working experience in Oil and gas Industry for Offshore projects Engineer and have of 5 years experience in the same position.
b. Have experience independently in Planning, Project Control, Cost Control and Scheduling of Construction Offshore Project
c. Shall have an Engineering Degree (or recognized equivalent), Preferable of background mechanical, civil, industrial engineering, ship building and marine offshore.
d. Familiar with PMBOK Standard, ability for analyzing and solving problems, faculty of team work. Strong working knowledge of personal computer application, vast working knowledge of Primavera project
planner (P3) V.6, Primavera Enterprise and Microsoft project.
e. Experience in all stage of a project cycle including feasibility study (planning, scheduling and cost estimation), Basic and Detail
Design phase, procurement and construction stage and also contract bidding.
f. Ability to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports,prepare presentation material,prepare project planning & control procedure,integrate with the contractor personnel and encourage,performance by example.
g. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
h. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
MARINE MANAGER ENGINEER (Code: MME)
Nationality : Indonesian
a. Shall have an Bachelor degree, Majoring in Marine Engineering
b. Shall have a minimum of 5-8 years working experience as Marine Manager
c. Possess broad knowledge of Marine Vessels, Offshore Regulations, International Marine Operations Procedures, OHSE System and implementation.
d. Well comprehend with Codes and International Standards, High skill as Marine Superintendent
e. Conversant with all aspects of the repair and maintenance of marine vessel machinery and IMO/Class requirements
f. Able to work under pressure with good result and always week seek best solution to solve a problem.
g. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
h. Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
i. Well established leadership and reporting skill
j. Work Lay Barge, Crew Boat, Anchor handling tug, Diving support vessel, Supply and cargo transportation vessel, Cargo transportation barge, Multipurpose diving/supply vessel, Point mooring, diving, construction, and maintenance vessel, Derrick Lay barge.
