1.PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER? B.Sc. In Engineering, age limit: 50 years old, with 10 years experience in planning and scheduling of capital projects of which 7 years in the oil industry. English proficient. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To carry out the preparation and finalization of project budgets, project planning and scheduling,
b.To manage schedule and cost risk assessment sessions and develop risk simulation models to mitigate/monitor/manage project schedule & cost risks,
c.To develop the Project Schedule Master for all the projects of the company covering all stages of the project life-cycle, etc., i.e., Conceptual FEED, Detail Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning,
d.To monitor the Cost and Schedule and to report the performance of all Project Execution Division-Managed Schemes,
e.To support Project Teams in the finalization of the project strategy, project executions, contract administration, evaluation of claims and prepare the report and other management reports.
2.ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER ? Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, English proficient, age limit: 35-50 years old, 12-15 years experience in the oil and gas industry and 3-5 years as Engineering Team Leader; knowledge of project management systems, general commercial terms, HSE requirements, with planning, leadership and time management skills. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To lead, plan, control and direct the Engineering Team to provide FEED and Detailed Engineering and Development Engineering services to the Division as part of Project Management Team.
b.To work in close liaison with the Discipline Engineering Division to ensure best practices standards, specifications and codes.
c.To act as Technical Authority in all Engineering activities in the company,
d.To guide in the project implementation, peer review for other business units/areas,
e.To ensure mechanical safety pertaining to new projects, field modifications, etc.
3.CONTROL ENGINEER-B.Sc. in Instrumentation / Control Engineering or equivalent, age limit: 50 years old, 6 years experience in maintenance and of control systems in petrochemical industries. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To provide professional engineering support to operational sites (Das/offshore) regarding control systems through studying / investigating modifications / problems and providing necessary advice and recommendations,
b.To liaise with concerned operations and maintenance units within Operating Divisions and with Facilities Engineering Division to ensure appropriate preparations of modifications / new project packages ensuring satisfaction of operational requirements,
c.To ensure appropriate selection and specifications of necessary equipment/spares and provide necessary advice to purchasing and materials personnel regarding specifications, availability of quotations and control systems equipment/spares.
4.PROJECT MANAGEMENT & GOVERNANCE TEAM LEADER ? Degree in Engineering, Postgraduate in Project Management preferred, Professional or Chartered Engineer, member of PMI or similar organization. English proficient. 10-12 years experience in operations and activities of project spectrum from initiation to start-up and in supervisory role.. Age limit: 35-50 years old. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To provide expert project management advice to the Pre-projects and Project (Brownfield, Major projects and Newfields Divisions),
b.To provide assurance to Senior Management that projects are being developed, managed and delivered effectively in accordance with approved business principles, policies, objectives, and commitments,
c.To develop and facilitate implementation and act as ?custodian? of the business processes necessary for both effective operation of the business Unit and first-class delivery of the development projects.
5.PROJECT ENGINEER ? Degree in Engineering, Postgraduate in project Management preferred a professional or chartered engineer, English proficient, 7-8 years experience in project spectrum from initiation to start-up at a Senior Project or Project Leader level. Duties:
a.To manage assigned projects in the provision of a Project Service to the Offshore Operations in Zakum and Umm Shelf and Offshore Das island,
b.To plan, manage and direct activities associated with the implementations of all phases of the assigned projects from inception i.e., development of SOR, to completion, including commissioning and hand-over to the respective Asset Management Team,
c.To provide technical definitions and estimates in liaison with engineering disciplines and Planning & Cost Team in support of budgeting exercise,
d.To develop the Project Implementation Strategy,
e.To plan and prepare the project program covering all phases of each assigned project.
6.PROJECT ENGINEER (SERVICES) ? Degree in Engineering, Postgraduate in project Management preferred, a professional or chartered engineer, 7-8 years experience in project spectrum from initiation to start-up at a Senior Project or Project Leader level. a.To provide project management advice to the Pre-projects and Project Delivery Divisions and and Teams,
b.To provide assurance to the senior Management that projects are being developed, managed and delivered effectively in accordance with approved business principles, policies, objectives and commitments,
c.To contribute to the development and implementation of the business processes necessary for both effective operation of the business unit and first-class delivery of development projects.
7.COST ESTIMATION TEAM LEADER ? Degree in Engineering and Construction Project Cost Estimation, English proficient, 10-12 years experience in construction fields, and project cost estimation, with at 4 years supervisory role. Age limit: 35-50 years old. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To plan and direct the provision of effective and reliable cost-estimating services across Business Units that support the Shareholders? decision-making,
b.To manage the cost-data base , cost data and trend forecast analysis,
c.To direct the establishment of Projects Cost Estimation procedures, guide books/manuals and implementation of computerized estimation system.
8.STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - B.Sc . Civil/Structural Engineering, English proficient, 6 years experience in structural engineering design, with 4 years in offshore structure and platform in offshore oil related industry. Age limit: 50 years old. Negotiable and tax free salary.
Duties:
a.To coordinate with concerned Engineers/ Senior Engineers for Integrity Assessment of all offshore structures including topside part,
b.To recommend inspections and repairs for offshore structures and provide support to offshore projects on behalf of all Asset Units for activities related to Design and Integrity Management of offshore structures,
c.To implement activities related to Structural Integrity Management Systems (SIMS),
d.To work on all civil/structural activities for Offshore structures and Subsea.
