• Responsible for monitoring field performance
o Well Inflow and Lift
o Gathering system and facilities
o Disposal, Injection and Steam distribution and measurement
o Field Operating Cash Flows
• Responsible for Operations Improvement Projects
o Costing
o Economic Benefits
o PLT/AFE submittal
• Accountable for Area Development Project completions and workovers
o Downhole Completion Designs and Work Programs
o Surface and Downhole Cost estimates
o PLT/AFE Submittal
o Contract Compliance
o Equipment Order Specifications
o Tracking spend and accruals
o Management of Change
o Metrics - $ Spent, Material Bookings, Production Results
• Accountable for Regulatory Compliance for Downhole equipment and activities
o DOGGR Workover Permits & Reporting
o Steam, Water and Injection Well Permitting
o Plug and Abandon DOGGR Agreements
o Permit required actions such as monthly volume reporting, injection well surveys
Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in artificial lift, completions, stimulation and field operating practices
