Progressive Engineering are urgently seeking an Engineering Manager to join a large multi-national organization in Zuid Holland. This is an interim position of 6 months and requires that applicants can be available for 5 days a week.
This role is specific to the food industry or if you have experience in Pharmaceuticals you would also be at an advantage. You will be responsible for project development,alignment with stakeholders and will be a key decision maker in achieving the division's strategy. You should be able to generate technical assessments and analysis to translate to project plans, as well as having good knowledge regarding driving SHE capabilities.

Required;
- 7-10 years experience as a project manager, lead or engineering manager.
- Successfully lead projects in food or pharma industry
- Experience where you have been responsible for plant engineering activities
- In depth experience in electronics, construction and processing technologies
- Understanding of SHE including Atex, HACCP and waste water regulations
- Self motivator, coach and results orientated
This is a role which requires someone who can develop investment plans, while evaluating risk, driving others and putting contingencies in place
Dutch language preferred
