• Identification of system and sub-system.
• Identification of system list and its component list.
? Coordinating with subcontractor to carry out punch listing, line walk down of all piping subsystems.
• Preparation of isometric flushing/air blowing loop and its procedure.
• Carry out pipe cleaning for pre-commissioning using water, air and steam as medium.
• Ensuring commissioning data, documentation and handover dossier are in accordance with project requirements.
• Prepare and keeps up-to-date the pre-commissioning and commissioning execution plans.
• Oversee the conformity and static checks of plant equipments and instrumentation.
• Provide initial executions of the commissioning phase (Dynamic check activities).
• Interface with the construction group on the integrity of the plant’s equipments and piping.
• Directs Construction for punch clearing and reinstatement.
