Contract Production/Operations Engineer for Deepwater GOM
Excellent Day Rates and Long Term Contract
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for the production operations and of newly reopened fields in deepwater Gulf of Mexico. You will have to oversee initial well completions, work over and recompletion programs, management of construction projects, production engineering support for property acquisitions, and work with production foremen and field personnel on a daily basis.
The Role
• Prepare Production and LOE budget for deepwater producing properties and manage LOE with Area Production Foreman
• Cost estimates for well work, production facility construction and abandonment
• Optimization of Assets including Wells, Equipment, Platforms, Pipelines, etc.
• HSE role and responsibilities
• Show confidence in a multi-disciplined team to promote synergy and strong team results
Your Profile
• A B.S. in Petroleum Engineering.
• 15 years experience with a proven record to consult deep water
