Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (Ref Code: 1105CO - MMS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise mechanical technicians and rotating equipment specialists to maintain the pumps, compressors, vessels, piping, valves, marine loading arms and structural elements of the terminal.
• Implement a programme of condition monitoring and predictive / planned preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and integrity of all mechanical components.
• Manage all contract maintenance of mechanical equipment by vendors or third parties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience

• A minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in the mechanical maintenance of oil refining, petrochemical or gas processing plants with a total of at least 15 years' mechanical maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience in the repair of sophisticated rotating equipment, reciprocating compressors and engines, piping and valves is essential.

Education

• Formal mechanical trade qualifications (with further studies in condition monitoring would be an advantage).
