ENGINEERING JOBS
Our Client as one of the biggest Oil and Gas company in PJC Services, currently seeking for qualified, experienced in oil and gas company, dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to full fill the positions below:

1.Valves Superintendent

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and ensure that the QA/QC supervisions, all inspections and other QA/QC matters related to valves at fabrication yard, vendor premises and shall be performing in compliance by Project Technical Specification and Project Quality objectives.
Activities:
- Reviewing and validating the ITP, the sub-vendor list
- Implementing the Inspection and Test Plans
- Ensuring that all personnel assigned to verification activities are suitably trained and/or certified for their assigned tasks and are independent of the work being performed
- Reviewing and validating the material certificates
- Following up the melting process and controlling the main parameters, marking of the different cast samples required for the destructive tests
- Ensuring the traceability of all valves components during the complete manufacturing of the valves
- Following up the machining, welding, assembly, testing, painting and packing operation
- Reporting on inspection activities and signing off ITP(s) or inspection records
- Reviewing, witnessing, and verifying acceptance testing and recording data
- Participating to the meetings: Pre-Inspection and periodical
- Maintaining project quality documentation
- Compilation of the final as built records
- To ensure that all QA/QC activities are carried our according to the approved QA/QC manuals and procedures
- To assist the PJC management team to ensure Compliance throughout the life of the project
- To review QA/QC procedures, including Inspection and Test Plans, developed by CTR in regards with QA/QC Inspection coordinator
- To ensure the review and accept WPS on site by third party and certifying authorities
- To Supervise inspection activities as per Inspection and Test Plans and witness time to time FAT and inspections. To coordinate with Project team, inspection activities related to Inspection and Test Plans
- To Follow up site engineering queries during the procurement and manufacturing phases of EPSC contracts and ensure the feedback PJC/ENG. To ensure that subsequent actions are well implemented by Vendor
- To provide technical assistance on Vendor queries on site
- To provide NDT assistance / expertise to Vendor
- To report every week to QA/QC Inspection coordinator on welding progress, NC, issues, any shortcoming (material reception delay), problems and major defects on the fabrication
- To be able to revert to PCJ/ENG and eventually comment the design engineering documents produced by CTR in case of discrepancies and mismatching on site
- To ensure proper reporting on quality traceability

Minimum Qualification / Experience:
- Experience in metal working, particularly in valves assembly work
- Technical degree from a recognized University in the disciplin
- PCN Level II recommended (or COFREND equivalent), CSWIP Level II accepted and ASNT Level II only accepted for Structural / Piping Job
- > 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector (continuous activity required in this discipline)
- Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with specific knowledge of welding engineering, valve and leak test
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Proficient with computer tools / applications


2.Foundry Superintendent

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and ensure that the QA/QC supervisions, all inspections and other QA/QC matters related to valves at fabrication yard, vendor premises and shall be performing in compliance by Project Technical Specification and Project Quality objectives.

- > 6 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas sector (continuous activity required in this discipline)
- Recognized level of expertise in Safety, contractor management with specific knowledge of metallurgy and foundry
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Proficient with computer tools / applications
