As part of our business expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking highly qualified professionals to fill in position listed below:
SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from State of University, Majoring in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in process safety engineering design for offshore platform and onshore.
- Experience in preparing safety philosophy, hazardous area classification, escape route, safety and fire fighting design, firewater demand calculation, firewater design.
- Experience in consequence modeling and flare/vent dispersion and radiation study
- Familiar with NFPA, IP codes
- Experience in software such as Pipenet, PHAST, FRED, FlareSim
- Should possess good communication skills


ROTATING MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of design experience in various Rotating Equipment including High Pressure Hydrocarbon Compressors and Turbo-Expanders
- Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and conduct technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients
- Familiar with the standards and codes such as API, ASME/ANSI , NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO
- Should be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain good quality of work.


STATIC MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess at least minimum 3 - 5 years of design experience in various Static Equipment including Pressure Vessels, Air-coolers, Heat Exchangers, Fired-Heater, API-650 tanks for Onshore /Offshore application.
- Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and conduct technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients
- Familiar with the standards and codes such as ASME/ANSI, PD 5500, API-650/620, NACE, EN and ISO .
- Should be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain good quality of work.


PACKAGES MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess at least minimum 3 - 5 years of design experience in Package Equipment for Onshore/Offshore application ie. Process Packages, Utility Packages, Material Handling equipment, and Water Treatment /WWT, and at least total of 5 years of experience in EPC Contracting work will be an advantage, including adequate Site and Test-Witness experience.
- Be able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval in fast-track environments and conduct technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients
- Familiar with the standards and codes such as API, ASME/ANSI, NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO .
- Should be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain good quality of work.


PROCESS DRAFTER

Requirements:
- Must possess minimum Diploma / Certificate in Engineering drafting from a recognized institution / Technical school in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Offshore / Onshore Oil and Gas projects related drafting.
- Should be able to generate process drawings like Smart Plant P&IDs and safety drawings like safety equipment layout etc with good accuracy and speed.
- Should have sufficient knowledge about the drafting standards and AutoCAD library.
- Shall have good written and spoken English language communication skills.
- Should possess hands on experience in handling drafting softwares like AutoCAD, Microstation etc.
- Should be a fast learner and a team worker.


LEAD ENGINEER (BULK MATERIAL HANDLING SPECIALIST)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess minimum 10 – 15 years experience in Mining Industry or Nickel plant detailed engineering design. Cement Plant design experience might also be considered.
- Experience to handle design in equipment selection for Bulk Material Handling such as Belt conveyors, conveyor drives, overland conveyor, Apron Feeder, tracking systems, tensioner system, in-line belt weighers, stacking and reclaiming equipment, barge loading systems, transfer towers, and weigh bins, coal preparation equipment like crushers and washeries. reporting and document control across a portfolio of brown – field revamp engineering design project
- Able to work independent and have ability to lead a team for Bulk Material Handling Equipment for mining project.
- Self initiate for producing engineering specification/requisition/perform equipment selection for client approval.
- Able to obtain cost estimation, perform Equipment vendor’s bids analysis and to attend clarification meeting
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Selatan.


SENIOR ENGINEER (BULK MATERIAL HANDLING)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess minimum 5 - 8 years experience in Mining Industry,
- Experience to handle design in equipment selection for Bulk Material Handling such as Belt conveyors, conveyor drives, overland conveyor, Apron Feeder, tracking systems, tensioner system, in-line belt weighers, stacking and reclaiming equipment, barge loading systems, transfer towers, and weigh bins, coal preparation equipment like crushers and washeries. reporting and document control across a portfolio of brown – field revamp engineering design project
- Experience in installation and commissioning is an advantage
- Should possess management skills.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should be able to work effectively in a team, and maintain good quality of work.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Selatan.


MATERIAL SELECTION SPECIALIST

- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy
- Minimum experience 10 years in Corrosion Study / Material Selection / Inspection, of which at least 7 years in oil and gas at one projects as Lead and main consultant.
- The should be able to perform and execute independently the following as a minimum

Development of Material Selection Philosophy, which includes:
· Corrosion affecting factors
· Corrosion assessment methodology
· Basis of material selection
· Protection from external corrosion
· Protection for underground pipe and structure
· Protective coating and lining selection
· Corrosion study report including details about the methodology of Corrosion estimation (Corrosion model)
· Corrosion rate calculation using ECE or similar software
· Recommend internal corrosion monitoring requirement (corrosion probe, corrosion coupon etc.)
· Recommend corrosion mitigation measures such as injection of chemicals etc.. coordinate with various vendors to analyze exact requirement and suggest most optimal injection rates and points of injections.
· Recommend External corrosion monitoring requirement,
· Recommend on catholic protections and similar requirement
· Develop Material Selection Diagram
· Recommendation of most suitable MOC’s with respect to CO2 corrosion, H2S corrosion, Chloride stress corrosion, Hydrogen embitterment and HIC etc but not limited.
· Candidate should be well familiar with offshore and onshore , upstream and downstream corrosion study requirements.
· For brown field, suggest ways for Integrity studies with respect to thickness measurements, de-rating, modifications requirement or complete replacement of equipments.
· Candidate should be well familiar with Sea weather conditions for offshore projects and equatorial conditions for onshore projects in South East Asia.
· Candidate should be familiar with relevant Regulatory requirements in Indonesia, with respect to pipelines, above/underground/subsea and other subsea structures.
· Direct Risk based Life cycle cost analysis
· Advise on Corrosion related fatigue in risers and structures.
· Familiar with both hydrocarbon based and water based corrosion phenomenon including sea water/ brackish water/ oxygen enriched water, mud systems, produced water systems, de-sanding cyclones systems etc.
· Familiar with all weather protective coatings, linings, and paintings.

- Should be familiar with Software knowledge such as ECE , NORSOK’s s/w, OHIO, DNV’s, Orbit etc or similar
