ENGINEERING JOBS
A major Oil & Gas Operator requires a Lead Planner for an offshore Project. This is a full-time position in the Offshore PMT with an anticipated start date in June 2011. During the engineering phase (approx. 10 months) the work location will be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. PMT will then move to Ulsan, South Korea for the construction phase.
Contract Duration: 2-3 years

Job Purpose:
The Lead Planner coordinates all aspects of Project Controls including reporting, progress measurement, schedule development and schedule control and some cost control. Monitors the Contractor’s project controls performance in the area of scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control and provide advice as necessary to make certain the Company’s objectives are achieved.
Minimum requirements:
1.Bachelor of Science in Engineering
2.Knowledgeable in the use of PRIMAVERA (P6)
3.Minimum of ten (10) years broad experience in the areas of scheduling and project control.
4.Minimum of five (5) years experience associated with engineering and construction of offshore facilities.
