HSE Supervisor- Projects (Ref / 881358)

Lutech Resources is in need of candidates to fill positions in Dubai:
HSE Supervisor- Projects (Ref / 881358)
-The ideal candidate should have an Engineering Degree or related tertiary degree in HSE, with minimum 5+years of experience in similar role from EPC Contractor in Oil and Gas.
-Should have overseas working experience with international companies.
-Should be able to communicate with all levels of personnel within the construction team and work within the HSE Structure
-Should have ability to use our HSE Management Information System for incidents, training and man hours. Good knowledge of Construction requirements and procedures as well as completion of monthly reporting requirements.
-Supporting the implementation of the project HSE management system & HSE Plan for the project.
-Assist in various training topic relevant to the work activities, daily job site audit and inspection.
-Coaching of crew and supervision to ensure desired behaviors are evident during construction activities.
-Assist in the development of project specific HSE plans including fall protection, respiratory protection, emergency response, hazard communication.
-Independently carry out the HSE duties required such as Inspection/Audits/Observations, assisting in JSA/toolbox talks, identification and correction of hazards and behaviors in the work environment, able to conduct new hire orientation training classes, basic knowledge of rigging plans and equipment, assist construction supervision in problem solving, lead minor incident investigations and actively participate in serious accident investigation teams.
Information Technology Manager (Ref /881534)
-The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus.
-Should possess project management experience in information technology infrastructure.
-Should possess 4-6 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience in infrastructure involving development and testing of Infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
-Should have strong presentation skills, Excellent communication skills.
-Must hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions. Should be willing to travel internationally.
-Should have 5 + years of experience in IT infrastructure or Operations, out of which one or more years of full life cycle project management.
-Must possess strong management and technical skills. Should have technical management experience in a
-dynamic high-technology environment.
-Must possess 2-3 years of demonstrated management/supervisory experience in infrastructure design/ deployment/ operations, during which more than one of the following occurred:
-Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
-Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
-Successfully designed and implemented new technology solutions.
-Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects.
-Successfully developed and implemented processes or process improvements.
-Gained experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems.
Senior Buyer (Ref /881357)
-The ideal candidate should have minimum 5+years of work experience in similar role, preferably from EPC contractor in Oil and Gas.
-Should possess excellent interpersonal & time management skills, have strong negotiation, strategic sourcing & problem solving skills. A good understanding of local & regional logistics regulations and agreements are essential
-To manage existing/new contracts and suppliers.
-To perform bid evaluations, timely submission and preparation of commercial bid analysis.
-To negotiate regional and international complex purchase orders.
-Ensure effective communication & maintain smooth co-ordination between home office engineering, fabrication, construction and QA/QC departments to meet project requirements.
-To resolve problems and discrepancies & assist in implementing corrective actions.
-Identifying performance gaps & correct in systems, cost management and people resources.
-Provide timely supply of goods or services to meet scheduled deadlines.
-Ensure effective management of procurement procedures & compliance with standard & quality procedures.
