I am involved in recruiting and staffing in the Oil and Gas Industry as Managing Director of JTW Global HR Consultancy located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
1) Pipeline Integrity Engineer
Job Purpose:
Provides professional and technical advice and consultancy on all aspects of pipeline integrity related to all ADMA - OPCO pipelines, advises and implement all technical measures to ensure ADMA - OPCO. No Hydrocarbon leak policy is upheld. Develops and updates the procedures of pipeline integrity management system(PIMS) as part of integrity management framework (IMF) with the aim of ensuring that all pipelines are designed in a way so that business and HSE risks are eliminated or maintained by ALARP. Acts as custodian of PIMS to ensure proper implementation of such procedures by the Assets Units for supporting Management of Facilities Integrity. Work covers development of procedures and methodology for pipeline integrity, internal and external inspection, corrosion control and pipeline engineering.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
B.Sc degree in Mechanical or Equivalent Engineering Discipline
Experience:
2-9 years experience in the Oil and Petrochemical industry covering all aspects of integrity, corrosion, inspection and engineering of which at least 2 years should be in integrity, corrosion related capacity.
Very good knowledge of English.
2) RBI &CMS Specialist
Job Purpose:
Provides specialist technical assistance, advice and supervision of RBI and CMS Services, Coordinates and overseas the project and the technical activities associated with project implementation plan covering all phases of RBI and CMS Services. Provides direct assistance to RBI-CMS Consultant for developing the phases of the projects. To ensure that the consultant maintains with the agreed milestone and supervising the projects progress and ensure that the accuracy of the strategy & periodic deliverables are maintained throughout the project life.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
B.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical/Materials Engineering or Metallurgy
Experience:
15 years experience in Oil & Petrochemical industry covering all aspects of Plant integrity management. upside and subsea (down hole), inspection, corrosion, and mechanical engineering in a leadership position managing similar projects and capable to manage third party consultant out of which 5 years hands on experience on RBI and corrosion Management including Down hole Corrosion.
Other Benefits:
- 42 calendar days paid leave within a year,
- Entitlement for unfurnished family accommodation at a cost of AED 150,000 plus Furniture Purchase allowance,
- Educational Assistance, max. DHs.35, 000 per child per scholastic year for registration, tuition fees and textbooks against official receipts from accredited fee-paying schools for a maximum of 4 children between 5 to 18 years old. The assistance covers primary (grade 1), intermediate and secondary education.
- Industrial Insurance is provided by the company whilst on duty,
- End of Service Benefit: One month salary for each of the first 3 years of service. One and a half months salary for each subsequent year of service.
