Based in Brisbane, this exciting role involves:

- Building the HSE team
- Coaching and mentoring
- promoting behavioural safety
- constructing a HSE plan
- implementing procedures
- pushing an incident and injury free process
- risk management
- Hazard identification
- liaising and interfacing with supervisors and clients
- Project management

Skills needed:
- Project management skills at true project level
- Diversified experience - Civil/ Structural and Mechanical Engineering
- Major projects experience (Pluto/ Gorgon etc)
- Brownfield construction site experience
- A real passion for behavioural safety
- Strong HSE culture skills
- Experience dealing with Oil & Gas operators
- Ideally, formal safety qualifications
- Ideally, Oil & Gas experience
- Specific O&G, upstream, services construction experience
