HR System Coordinator - Oil & Gas Industry Direct Hire
* B.Sc/BA or equivalent Business Information Technology or Management Information System qualified with minimum 4 years experience in the area of HR Business, implementation of computerized ERP HR Management Systems.
* He should have the ability to write concise reports and deliver effective oral presentation, perform extensive HR information and System evaluation and resolve problems arising.
* He will have to perform other related duties as assigned, including attending meetings with representatives of other departments to discuss ERP system issues.
* Excellent IT knowledge is essential specially ERP HRIS complete, implementation, training and maintaining the same.
* Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
