ENGINEERING JOBS
Site Engineer (HVAC)
Responsibilities:
* To plan, implement, control costs and make certain the successful execution of assigned projects within allocated resources that exceed customer expectations on JCS committed deliverables.
* Conduct detailed planning and to implement assigned projects successfully as scheduled, within financial cost budget and project key performance indicators.
* Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding their expectations on committed deliverables (including contractual terms & conditions).
* Productive utilization and/or supervision of assigned resources including Asst Engineers and Technicians (Internal), and Suppliers and Sub-contractors (External).
* Initiate project Kick-Off Meeting and conduct detailed planning including clear work schedules with identified accountable parties.
* Monitor and manage work progress of the project in coordination with all relevant parties.
* Regularly keep customer informed of site progress through regular reports and meetings, and proactively address and resolve arising issues.
* Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site and ensure they meet their committed deliverables including compliance to JCS’ sub-contractor EHS policy.
* Schedule purchases and deliveries of materials for the project in a timely and efficient manner and ensure no wastage.
* Check and ensure all installation works conform to project specifications and contractual terms & conditions.
* Update projects progress regularly to the Project Manager and highlight critical project issues for resolution.
* Participate in system applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioning work whenever required.
Requirements:
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* (Diploma) 3 years relevant experience, (ITC) 5 years relevant experience or 5 years of relevant project experience in ACMV/HVAC, M&E
* Excel, Word and Project essential. Knowledge of SCADA software, Lonwork / Bacnet Protocols are added advantage
* Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work needs to be done on time.
* Good knowledge in Chiller System, Cooling Towers, AFU, Humidity Transmitter, Compressor etc
