Senior/Engineering Technicians (Petrochemical /Pharmaceutical/Instrument, Electrical & Mechanical)
Responsibilities:
Set-up, maintain & repair Process Plant equipment/instruments to maximize plant availability & minimize product changeover times
Work with Operations team to provide engineering support
Trouble-shoot & repair all equipment & instruments
Carry out maintenance activities safely & maintain good housekeeping
Carry out implementation activities for minor plant modifications & capital projects in line with defined specifications and budget
Actively support commissioning of new projects
Set-up, maintain & repair Process Plant equipment/instruments to maximize plant availability & minimize product changeover times
Work with Operations team to provide engineering support
Trouble-shoot & repair all equipment & instruments
Carry out maintenance activities safely & maintain good housekeeping
Carry out implementation activities for minor plant modifications & capital projects in line with defined specifications and budget
Actively support commissioning of new projects
Requirements:
NTC/ITC/Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years maintenance experience in a process or related industry
Good understanding of Standard Engineering Practice, GMP guide & relevant maintenance standards (Mechanical)
Good knowledge of maintenance & operating principles of primary pharmaceutical production and utility equipment (Mechanical)
Good understanding of DCS and/or PLC based instrumentation systems in a Hazardous Area environment & knowledge of GMP & relevant maintenance standards (Instrument)
Good knowledge of the maintenance aspects, calibration & operating principles of control instruments used in primary pharmaceutical or chemical plants (Instrument)
Permit-to-Work experience & knowledge of the various health & safety aspects relevant to maintenance activities in a petrochemical / pharmaceutical plant.
Motivated & independent self starter with analytical problem solving & ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Able to work on 3 rotating shifts
