We are PT. EJJV Engineering Indonesia, is a consultant and contractor oil and gas company is immediately seeking highly motivated and experience professional to fill position;
PHA Leader
Requirement:
- Male / Female
- at least a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
- Have good knowledge in process design and operation of plants
- at least ten (10) times of leading the PHA Study for complex facilities at reputable oil & gas company
- Shall have attended a HAZOP/HAZID leadership training
- Experienced in Safety Engineering Design including Loss Prevention Analysis( e.g. fire fighting & personnel safety design, hazardous area classification, firewater hydraulic & surge analysis), Safety Analysis ( e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA, SIL Study, Safety Distance Analysis, ETA, FTA), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and also Reliability Assessment ( e.g. RBD, RCM, RAMS, failure rate estimation).
- Have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards (e.g. NFPA, API, SOLAS, IEC, CMPT, PARLOC, Health Safety Executive, UKOOA), specifications and safety policies/procedures.
- Have excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
- Experience Operating PHA Software (e.g. DNV Phast, BP Cirrus, Shell Fred Software.)
- Good written and oral communication abilities in English.
- An international experience is desirable
SIL Selected Leader
Shall understand how to identify hazards and associated initiating causes from PHAs/HAZOPs, the effectiveness of different types of protection layers acting individually and together (including independence and common cause effects), understands how to assign values to initiating cause event likelihoods and to the probability of failure or ineffectiveness of protection layers including conditional probabilities and familiar with the LOPA recording method and selected tool.
Requirement:
- Male / Female
- at least a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
- at least five (5) times of LOPA studies across a range of facilities and hazards
- Shall have attended an accredited formal training course that provides instruction on preparing, leading, and documenting a LOPA, as well as on the LOPA technique itself
- Must be experienced in the use of software program and hold certification which related to IEC 61511
- Have excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
- Good written and oral communication abilities in English.
Consequences Specialist
Shall define the qualification of the potential outcomes of an accidental release of a toxic or flammable material. The Consequence Specialist will be responsible for safety, environmental and loss control studies and designs including Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Emergency Escape & Rescue Analysis (EERA), Fire & Explosion Analysis, Emergency System Survaivability Assessment, preparation of the safety case, Dispersion Analysis, selecting and specifying appropriate safety equipment for the Facilities.
Requirement:
- Male / Female
- at least a Bachelor of Science degree or Higher Degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
- at least ten (10) times experience in conducting the consequence modelling, including five (5) times experience in modelling of offshore Oil & Gas facilities.
- Must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards (e.g.API, NFPA, UK HSE, OREDA, IEC)
- Have excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
- Good written and oral communication abilities in English.
Scribe
Requirement:
- Male / Female
- at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process / Chemical Engineering
- at least eight (8) times experience as scribe in PHA Study and/or Process Safety Audit for complex facilities at reputable Oil & Gas Company
- Have good typing and summarize skills, and be familiar with process and terminologies used.
- Good written and oral communication abilities in English
