Responsibilities:  
• Grasp market needs timely and carry out promptly technical, new product and marketing developments.
• Corporate with sales and production
• Propose new R&D theme
• To contribute to strengthening MMA business in SCS as a R&D Manager
• Development of new grades and improvement of existing grades
• Enhance technology and improving skill to provide technical support for marketing development and sales expansion
• Support production for safety and stable production and operation
• Make clear goal and mileage of theme and carry out progress management
• Make a efficient plan for Development team's Job
• Draw up a middle term pilot plan, annual action plan 
• Decide allocation of manpower and budget
• Draw up a plan for R&D theme.
• Check Development team resource properly and confirm it is within budget
• If necessary, instruct and guide changing or revising 
• Draw up Development team HSE & QC plan and carry out
• Carry out thoroughly decided measure and item to achieve responsibility
• For raising result and efficiency, make a improving plan for IT system
• Make good use of it to shorten developing cycle
• Make a developing plan for subordinate
• Set suitable theme and subject for them
• Make subordinate acquire more specialty and skill through OJT
• Draw up a R&D action plan and carry out
• Maintain and improve morals for subordinate
• Visit external organization actively to collect information


Requirements:  
• Min. Master Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Min. of 7 years' experience in the same positions
• Strong knowledge on Methyl methacrylate & Polymethyl Methacrylate
• Hands-on experience, strong analytical and problem solving skills together with good interpersonal & organizational skills 
• Male, age: 30 – 40 Years old
• Must be able to speak and writing in English
