Job Scope
1. Participate in the review of all requirements related to technical QAQC packages for the procurement of materials / equipment prior to bidding. Ensure these requirements meet the specification requirements of investors and international standards concerned.
2. Respondents, clarifying, evaluating QAQC related supplies for packages / devices in the assessment process TBE / TBC ensure conformity with specification requirements of investors and international standards relevant.
3. QAQC representatives participated in all project meetings if the Vendor and handle work-related QAQC packages for the procurement of materials / equipment.
4. Involved review of all vendor-related data packets QAQC for the procurement of materials / equipment.
5. Closely with representatives of investors, representatives of Vendor, CA to handle the job within QAQC.
6. Organizations to contact Third party agency, announced release arrangement, selection - the proposed third party inspector and make the requirements for the inspection / witness test for FAT packages for procurement of supplies / equipment when requirements.
7. To receive and assess the Inspection report sent from the third party inspector, the report and transmit the report and highlighted / Concern to Expeditor / project manager / procurement manager / director of quality / construction manager.
8. Manage and coordinate with Buyer / Expeditor / Engineer package closed if the punch list
9. Make and send weekly reports to the Expeditor / buyer / project manager / procurement manager / director of quality / construction manager and client representative on the status of quality / inspection status of supplies for each package / equipment.
10. Coordinate with Material inspector / Buyer / Expeditor / Package Engineer / Client open and close the OS & D, if any.
