Nippon Steel Construction Indonesia, a Joint Venture of PERTAMINA and NIPPON STEEL CORPORATION offers a complete range of onshore & offshore EPCIC such as Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning services in Oil & Gas industry is currently looking for:
Proposal Manager
Responsibilities:
-Gather and analyze tender information
-Prepare commercial and technical proposal in association with bid manager nominated and ensure that it is in line with company's policy
-Coordinate with other department manager in obtaining their comments while preparing the proposal
-Ensure that the project bids undertaken are reviewed technically and contractually, and proposal documents are adequately documented to meet the customer's requirements
-Support the Bid manager in evaluating the impacts of the customer's T&C to profitability provide commercial, legal and financial T&C for use in preparation of the tender document, making sure that the risks are within the limits that are acceptable to the organization and preserve the ability to negotiate with the customers
-Establish the team, pre bid and subcontract agreements
-Communicate with the finance department to obtain bonds and insurance required by the tenders or projects
-Ensure integrity of the contract preparation, structure, approval, signature, distribution and retention
-Provide information services to external enquirers
-Assist legal matters, when required
-Finalize the sub contract as advised by president director , required for the proposal submission
-Establish the customer contract
-Ensure continuous improvement in utilization of business opportunities
-Coordinate and incorporate the latest technology and equipment into the organization
-Maintain capability statements and marketing data
-Compile and distribute the bid status reports to company's management
-Support Marketing team in the development of new projects
-Coordination with the COMPANY (Clients) at all stages of bidding.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree or Master degree in related Engineering discipline;
-Indonesian Nationals or Expatriates;
-Minimum 15 years experience in multidiscipline including preparation of proposals for large size projects in the Oil and Gas Industries or similar Industries for EPCI projects of green field and brown field;
-Experience team leader with a proven track record of performance improvement;
-Good interpersonal skill
