PROJECT MANAGERS
Summary:
The Indonesia’s biggest petrochemical company is looking to expand its manufacturing facilities and business through a variety of projects is currently required experienced Project Managers specialized in Butadiene or Ethylene to lead these expansion projects on its manufacturing site in Anyer, Banten (West Java), Indonesia.
Key accountabilities:
• Manage project within agreed budget and schedule and is to be done with a small owners team, assisted by one of the PMC ( Project Management Consultant)
• Lead projects phases e.g. Basic Engineering with the assistance of Sr. Process Engineer.
• PMC selection, ITB ( Invitation to Bid), and subsequent negotiation of required support and cost
• FEED ( Front End Engineering Design): Prepare ITB for OSBL , select contractor and ensure high quality definition of OSBL and ISBL
• Prepare ITB for EPCC Contract.
• Selection of EPCC contractor
• Project Execution, cost and schedule control
• Change Order control management
• Project safety and quality management.
Requirements:
• Graduated from reputable or overseas University in Chemical Engineer
• Recent Petrochemical project management experience for period of at least 10 to 15 years, involving plant expansion or revamp with track record of successfully managing full project with a size of around 100 million USD
• A hands on project manager with experience in leading all aspects of the project i.e. design, basic engineering, detailed engineering, contracting, procurement, quality, safety, construction, International and Indonesian contractors.
• Having held accountability for HSE performance, and experience in managing this aspect in developing economies.
• Experience in managing project with limited internal resources
• Experience in execution of TAM (turn around maintenance) of a cracker would be a strong plus.
