My client is one of the leading oil and gas service companies worldwide. Due to extensive workload and upcoming projects, the company is urgently required an exceptional Sales Manager with strong technical background to join the team in Russia.
The main requirements:
•5+ years of previous experience as MWD/LWD/DD Engineer OR in MWD/LWD/DD equipments
•3+ years of successful sales experience within this industry
•Strong knowledge of drilling equipment is a MUST
•Fluent English language
•Self motivated and target driven
•Proven record of previous successes in sales is strongly desirable
•New business development experience is a big advantage
•Purposeful and active approach to the business
The main duties and responsibilities are:
•Liaising with clients
•Participating in tenders
•Developing sales strategies for Coil Tubing service in Russia and Caspian region
•Servicing some additional key accounts
•Handling projects
•Taking responsibility for over $20MM in sales
•Developing relationships with management in Germany and USA
•Generating new business
In return the person will be generously rewarded with accommodation and car allowance along with excellent basic salary. The quick promotion and international opportunities are available for dedicated professional.
