Safety Manager
Requirements and Job Description:
a. Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.
b. 10+ years with at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
c. Managing all activities of ensuring that all operations at in the company are done according to international Safety & Security best standards and practices and in compliance with Indonesia Safety & Security laws and regulations;
d. Managing the setting up of company Safety & Security Policies and Strategies compatible to local and international standards and practices;
e. Managing the processes of assuring that company operations meet Safety & Security best practices through working with all operating units to set company Safety & Security standards and procedures for all levels of operational practices;
f. Managing the processes of assuring that company operations comply with Safety & Security international standards and local laws and regulations through working with all operating units in the front-end loading phase of the operational plan;
g. Leading and managing the processes of regular Safety audits and provision of feedback for Safety improvements to all operating units;
h. Manage the delivery of all safety education, socialization, and campaign programs - designed by System Development group - to improve the Safety awareness as well as to improve the Safety competencies of all company employees;
i. Managing the reporting of Safety & Security incidents and cases in all company operations to company Management and/or Government Offices;
j. Managing the security systems and work with security provider organizations in ensuring security of all company area of works in progress;
k. Ensuring compliance to existing laws, regulations and company s Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices
l. Fluency in English both spoken and written
m. Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
n. Able to work well in a multicultural team and having high motivation, good leadership, effective team player, discipline, and a dynamic and good personality
Security Compliance Manager
Requirements:
a. A minimum of Bachelor Degree in IT or related field or other disciplines related to Oil and Gas Industry
b. 10+ years with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry - in the area of Security Compliance.
c. Working with project personnel to ensure that ISM requirements are considered from the earliest stages of projects and are included in the design and testing.
d. Working with end-user personnel to ensure that they understand and comply with ISM requirements in their IT activities;
e. Working with the IM & T Programme Management Office to comply with the project delivery methodology and to ensure ISM project budgets, milestones and deliverables are met;
f. Performing investigations into security incidents and provide reports on critical incidents to the Information Security Committee (ISC);
g. Assisting with the development and maintenance of security directives, standards and procedures;
h. Validating system deployment against agreed security controls; Keeping up to date with relevant technology and ISM products; Maintaining currency with IM & T compliance requirements, specifically including J-SOX, but also other regulatory and statutory requirements.
i. Having knowledge and experience of IT & IS practises in a security conscious corporate environment; ISM methodologies, in particular the ISO 27000 series; risk management methodologies such as ISO 31000; information security directives, standards and procedures; document security incidents to corporate management; security statistics and report KPIs; working with third party vendors in long-term relationships, contract management and problem resolution; system development lifecycle; service delivery frameworks such as ITIL
j. Fluency in English both spoken and written
k. Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills for effective stakeholder/staff engagement
l. Computer Literacy and report writing skills. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software
m. Able to work well in a multicultural team and having high motivation, strong customer focus, effective team player, discipline, dynamic with good personality
