Hull Engineer
-Associated with the fabrication, Assembly, Erection, fairing, welding and dry survey etc; during the construction of Hull Structures of various large and small vessels.
-Verification of Hull structure both dimensional and visual on skid and berth with the drawings.
- Inspection of welding of hull structure for various defects by visual testing at various points both on skid and berth.
-Conducting various tests like Air Pressure Testing, Dye Penetrate Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection and Ultrasonic Testing after completion of welding with QC and classification societies.
- Coordinating with Classification societies like ABS, IRS,LS,DNV etc, in scheduling inspections, tests and submission of reports to assure a quality product.
-Preparing the daily and weekly planning of works and executes to get it ready on time.
