Currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of:
Principal Mechanical Rotating Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 17 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Min.15 years in Engineering Consultancy or EPC company in Oil & Gas sector). Execution of at least one medium size project as Lead Engineer
- Technical Skill:
- Independently lead medium / major sized project or major proposal
- Ensure equipment design integrity whilst leading the rotating engineering group on project / proposal
- Ensure integrity of work scope and all work are carried in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Manage and design change within project and schedule framework
- Facilitate and develop a productive & cohesive team
- Ensure that team consistently works within the Quality Management System
- Ensure and facilitates an awareness of HSSE in design across the discipline
- Develop and promote initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and productivity on the project & allocated manhours
- Identify and review new technological developments / new practices in industries
- Manage performance appraisals, competency development, and career development
- Ability to assist in the recruitment of competent discipline engineering and design personnel
- Team player, action-oriented, works effectively in a multicultural environment, proactive
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
