Participate in well- and operations risk assessments and hazops.
Prepare the formal documentation resulting from any risk assessment for inclusion in the drilling programme for all wells.
Participate in reviews and evaluations of service contractor HSE management systems.
Familiar with WWD HSE MS and suggestions for improvement based on using it.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical engineering support to operations (Drilling Supervisor-Senior Drilling Engineer).
Provide drilling engineering input to develop drilling programs (Senior Drilling Engineer).
Perform studies and projects in support of well engineering and drilling operations.
Monitor well performance.
Research and propose performance improvement initiatives and monitor effectiveness.
Liaise with subcontractors
5+ years of relevant experience
Petroleum degree preferred
