Our Client are currently looking for immediate placement for 2 (two) NDT QA/QC Inspector in ERSAI Kazakhstan to be staffed.
The UT qualification PCV Level 2, 3.1, 3.2, and 3.9 is a must.

- Employment certificates (Employees with Bachelor for the latest 5 years of experience. Employees without Bachelor for the latest 7 years of experience).

Requirements:
- Minimum PCN Level 2 Certification in UT, (3.1, 3.2, and 3.9) and Work Experience/Certification in Phased Array/TOFD preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as NDT QA/QC Inspector
- Extensive experience in the operation of NDT systems and the interpretation of data acquired
- Fluent in English

Project ERSAI
Position Expert NDT QA/QC Inspector
Work Location Kuryk Base (Kazakhstan, 70 Km from Aktau City)
Start As soon as possible
Duration 12 months, renewable
Rotation 90/21 (90 working days followed by 21 paid vacation leave)
Working days/hours 208 monthly (8 hours / 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday)
Salary USD 2'500 Monthly (net, free of tax from the country of work)
Overtime rate currency USD 18.03 hourly (from the 8th hour from Monday to Saturday and on Sunday)

Mission:
To co-ordinate Project NDT activities on site in compliance with stipulated deadlines, quality, costs and safety procedures
Tasks:
- Verification of the equipment on site;
- Verification of the availability on site of spare parts/consumables;
- Preparation and optimization of equipment;
- Performance of NDT qualifications;
- Management of NDT team;
- Ensure that all NDT activities are in compliance with the approved procedures;
- Ability to troubleshoot the NDT equipment in its entirety and replace components if necessary;
- Interface with the NDT Co-ordinator, QC Supervisor and Client representative on-site;
