Drilling Rig Operation Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that rig operational activities run well.
• Monitoring the implementation of rig operations.
• Preparing work plan for rig operations.
• Preparing and drafting the expense plan for rig operations.
• Preparing programs for maintaining rig units.
• Inspecting equipments necessary for rig project
• Proposing and monitoring requirements for project equipments and materials.
• Managing mobilization and demobilization of units.
• Instilling work discipline to on site personnel.
• Making preparation for investment of rig unit
• Establishing good relationship with clients and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Experience min 15 years in Oil & Gas Industry
• On site experienced as Rig Superintendent, Operation Manager
• Associate degree (D3) is compulsory.
• Holds valid Certificate of APIII, Well Control and IADC
• Has knowledge on SOP, JSA, ISO, HSE and Emergency Response
• Has technical knowledge on the drilling operations and equipments
• Has leadership spirit and capable of cooperating/working as team
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Understanding all rules and regulations related to local government and community
