(residence basis) in Jakarta:
Senior Petroleum Specialist (Western Expatriate Resides in Indonesia)
Requirements:
• University degree in Petroleum or other related Engineering.
• Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years experience in onshore Petroleum and Production Engineering, also as offshore supervisor well operation.
• Skills in production engineering, completion engineering, reservoir engineering, well test, well operation, economical evaluation, and decision making.
• Has a strong responsibility and loyalty.
• Good interpersonal skill, teamwork.
• Initiative and creative.
• Should have strong skill in completion.
• The status will be permanent employment with maximum 6 years work permits.
• He/she will be hired by the company directly.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring production.
• Incorporate the latest well test result with nodal analysis model.
• Request deliverability production test to update well performances.
• Generate well priority to maximize reserves recovery.
• Update nodal analysis model for both oil & gas well.
• Propose down hole pressure survey and specific well test based on discussion with reservoir engineer.
• Ensure production allocation is proper to be allocated for well with commingled production zones.
• Complete monthly well performance updates.
• Own and update the surface network model/GAP if there is a new change in the model.
• Monitoring oil wells and propose gas lift optimization test to optimize gas lift.
• Ensure the gas lift facilities program and down hole gas lift design program are in place for oil well that flow naturally.
• Generate proposal for additional/re perforation.
• Review the completion optimization option to maximize production and reserves recovery.
• To identify the possibility of debottlenecking at the surface facilities.
• Design the new well completion in conjunction with reservoir target to maximize recovery.
• Design the well test program and monitor the well test after the well is completed.
• Close monitor the well performance after put on production to maximize production.
• Run the well test model based on well test result to generate reservoir properties.
Drilling Engineer (Balikpapan)
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of oil and gas exploration and operating companies experience.
• Well control IWCF certification is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of drilling technology: Swamp rigs, Directional drilling, LWD/MWD, Drilling bits, fluids and cement, coring and specific tools, completion, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing all relevant technical documents to drill with one swamp rig on fields and Performing technical coverage and support during drilling operations.
• Prepare detailed engineering documents (SOW#1, Drilling Proposal, Technical Drilling Program, SOW#2 and Final Well Report) in the appropriate time frame, as per detailed Drilling Engineer check list.
• Ensuring service companies are delivering equipment and service in due time.
