ENGINEERING JOBS
A Major Chemical Industry Plant in Purwakarta opening positions for their expansion project, the vacant positions are:
PROJECT ENGINEER
Qualification : S1 or D3 IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Duration of Contract : TWO YEARS
Reporting to : PROJECT MANAGER
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years working experience in the following Fields:
- Should have worked as Project engineer for small and medium scale projects in a continuous process industries / EPC contractors / Consultants.
- Should have good experience in engineering and design of Equipments, Piping etc. for the process industries.
- Should have good knowledge on International standards for Design, Materials, Fabrication, and Dimension etc.
- Able to design and make the Equipment and Piping layouts, Isometrics, Supports, MTO etc. independently.
- Having field experience for assembling the machinery parts, Fabrication, Alignment, Erection, Planning for men and materials, scheduling etc. will have first preference.
- Should have supervision capability to manage the team of field workers and able to execute the job at site.
- Should aware of all safety requirements while working at site.
- Should have through knowledge on various software’s i.e. MS Windows, Office, Project, SAP, AutoCAD etc.
- Fluent in English language will have added advantage.
PROJECT SUPERVISOR
Qualification : D3 - DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Duration of Contract : TWO YEARS
Reporting to : PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER
Experience :
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of field working experience in the following areas:
- Should have worked as Project Supervisor for small and medium scale projects in a continuous process industries / EPC contractors.
- Should have good experience on the field work for execution of various projects at site.
- Should have good knowledge on International standards for Materials, Fabrication, and Dimension etc.
- Able to read and interpret the Equipment and Piping layouts, Isometrics, Supports, Bill of material etc. independently.
- Should have field experience for assembling the machinery parts, Alignment, Erection, Planning for men and materials, scheduling etc.
- Should have supervision capability to manage team of field workers and able to execute the job at site.
- Should aware of all safety requirements while working at site.
- Having good working knowledge on various software’s i.e. MS Windows, Office, Project, SAP, AutoCAD etc. will have first preference
- Fluent in English language will have added advantage.
CIVIL SUPERVISOR
Qualification : S1 civil engineering
Duration of Contract : 2 year divided in two times contract
Reporting to : Project Civil Manager
Experience :
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in the following fields:
- Handling civil project in chemical or other factory as a supervisor
- Familiar with high rise building construction and chemical plant construction
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Qualification : D3 or S1 in electrical engineer
Duration of Contract : 2 year divided in two times contract
Reporting to : Electrical project manager
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the following fields:
- D3 / S1 - Electrical Engineering from well known university
- 2 up to 5 years experience as a supervisor in industries
- Familiar with Electrical Standards, power system, low voltage & high voltage, electrical control wiring and SLDs
INSTRUMENT (Engineer, Technician, Supervisor)
Qualification : S1 electronic / physics (instrumentation) for engineer/supervisor
STM majoring instrumentation (process control) or electronic for technician
Duration of Contract : 2 years
Reporting to :
Instrument manager (for engineer/supervisor)
Instrument supervisor (for technician)
Experience : working experience in the following fields:
- Min D3 – Electronics / Physic /Instrument Engineering from well known university (for engineer or supervisor)
- Min 3 years experience in Instrumentation fields, Instrument Process Control, PLC / DCS System, Yokogawa in Process or Chemical Plants (engineer/supervisor/technician)
AUTOCAD DRAFTSMEN
Qualification : DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Duration of Contract : ONE YEAR
Reporting to : PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER
Experience : Minimum of 5 – 7 years working experience in the
following fields:
- Should have worked as AutoCAD Draftsmen / Designer specialized in Piping for small and medium scale projects in a continuous process industries / EPC contractors / Consultants.
- Should have good experience in making drawings in AutoCADfor P&ID’s, Piping Layout, Isometrics, Supports, Equipments,Pressure vessels etc. for the continuous process industries.
- Should have good knowledge on International standards for Design, Materials, Fabrication and Dimension etc.
- Able to design and make the Equipment and Piping layouts,Isometrics, Supports, MTO etc. independently.
- Should have good knowledge in producing drawings in AutoCAD - Release 2008 and above for two dimensional and three dimensional drawings. Also, should able to work on MS Windows XP, Office etc.
- Able to make all site measurements, change layout to suite site requirements, produce as-built drawings etc.
- Should aware of all safety requirements while working at site.
- Fluent in English language will have added advantage.
MECHANICAL BUYER
Min. Qualification : Bachelor in mechanical engineering
Reporting to : Deputy Purchase Manager
Duration : 2 years (in 2 period)
Experience : Minimum of 5 years working experience in the
following fields:
- Purchasing and Supply Chain Management purchase process request of item, create RFQ/review quotation, to compare the price, check and negotiation, monitoring delivery shipment, material technical analysis and to analyze the commercial bid sheet
- Computer literate specially in SAP
- Fluent in English
