ENGINEERING JOBS
General Requirement:
- He or she has a minimum of DIII Engineering degree in the specific and required discipline and minimum of 8 years experience in the QA/QC inspection and certification works in the onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation, or.
- He or she has a minimum of S1 Engineering degree in the specific and required discipline and minimum of 5 years experience in the QA/QC inspection and certification works in onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation
- Good written and spoken English language communication skill
- Good computer skill for excel, words, outlook and other program as required.
01 Senior QA / QC Inspector (7 personal)
Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspection and certification and ineternational standard and code
Pass MIGAS examination on pressure vessel, welding, NDT, and pipe line inspection training
Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 or Equivalent
ASNT Level II certification or equivalent for one four NDT methods (RT,UT,MPI, DP)
Trained in each categories of equipment (pressure Vessel, rotating equipment, electrical, flowline, crane or platform) from accredited institution, as appropriate to the work performed.
Good Understanding on the implementation of ISO9000 quality management system
02 Senior Coating and Corrosion Inspector (5 personal)
Familiar with relecant International Standard and Code
Having certificate of BGAS/NACE/INDOCOR coating Inspection or equivalent
Good Understanding and Interpretation of standard/code for coating and corrosion as per API, DnV, NACE etc
Hands on experience with coating Inspector Tools
03 Senior Plant Inspector (3 personal)
Shall have experience to do inspection, verification and commissioning of oil and gas pl;ant.
Shall have experience to coordinate SKPI process including coordinating multiple tasks, involving third party, NDT service company, manufacturer, and any other companies involved to accomplish and finish the project
Shall have experience and good working relationship with government institution such as MIGAS, BP MIGAS, Depnaker etc, in obtaining the SKPI and license to operate
As minimum shall have MIGAS certificate as inspector of Pressure Vessel, piping and NDT certified to ASNT or equivalent, API certificates are preferred.
04 Senior Rotating Equipment Inspector (2 personal)
Mechanical Engineering background
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for rotating equipment (ASME, PTC, API, ANSI, etc)
Familiar with MIGAS regulation and requirements for inspection and certification
As minimum shall have certification or training on rotating equipment from accredited training institution.
Trained in inspection/engineering of rotating equipment
05 Senior Electrical/ Equipment Inspector (2 personal)
Electrical Engineering background
As minimum shall have certification or training on electrical, instrumentation system and metering from accredited training institution
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for electrical equipment (NFPA, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API etc).
Familiar with MIGAS requirements for inspection, certification and calibration
As a minimum having trained/certification in electrical equipment such as MMC, Switchgear, power generation equipment, etc
06 Senior QMS Consultant (2 personal)
Engineering background
ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor accredited by IRCA
Minimum 10 years experience in all QMS activities including management of at least 20 QMS projects, leading to ISO 9000 certification
Must have at least 5 years experience in Management Consulting (Strategy Development and Implementation), and be familiar in developing quality objectives consistent with strategic objectives
07 Senior Pressure Vessel Inspector (5 personal)
Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for pressure vessel and such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc.

Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspection and certification
As minimum shall have welding and storage tank inspector certification from MIGAS or from accredited training institution
ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, DP)
10 Senior Lifting Equipment Inspector (11 personal)
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for lifting equipments (ASME, API, ANSI, etc).
Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspection and certification of lifting equipment
As a minimum shall have crane certification from MIGAS or from accredited training institution
d) ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, PT)
Familiar with DNV 2.7-1, BS EN 12079 and LOLER in the list of required standards
11 Senior Civil / Structural Inspector(5 personal)
Civil or Geotechnical engineering background
Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code of concrete work and steel work such as ACI, AWS, AISC, etc
Familiar with international codes and standard of testing in civil structural works such as ASTM, AASHO
Familiar with local requirements such as Peraturan Beton Indonesia, Peraturan Pembebanan, Peraturan Kayu Indonesia etc
Experience in design assessment of foundation
12 Senior Marine Survey Inspector (2 personal)
Naval Architect or Offshore Engineering background
Having experiences in Tanker or FPSO inspection, docking and tank cleaning.
Familiar with surveys of marine facilities such as ships, FSO, jetty, etc
"Familiar with international codes and standard of marine and shipping such as ABS, SOLAS,
IMO etc."
He or she shall familiar and equipped with GPS
13 Senior Underwater Inspector (2 personal)
Naval Architect or Offshore Engineering background
ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, PT).

Diploma D3 in Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience as welding inspector
Certified Welding Inspector and ASNT Level II one of NDE (PT, MT, UT or RT)
16 Site Document Administrator (2 personal)
Diploma D3 / S1 in Engineering
Understanding the systematic of engineering document management for oil and gas
Minimum 3 years experience as document control for oil and gas engineering / construction
Familiar with Access Database, Excel, Word and AutoCAD
17 Senior Advance NDE Specialist (2 personal)
Well trained and certified to ASNT Level II on UT, RT, MT, and PT
Well trained and certified to ASNT Level III at least on RT and UT techniques
Have qualification and experience in special NDE such as eddy current, pulse eddy current, long range UT, ACFM, etc.
