Senior Hull Engineer (EP11071293)

Requirements:
  • Carry out design of hull structure, for in place and tow conditions considering global and local strength, buckling and fatigue, for a floating unit
  • Making design of local support structures for all major hull interfaces including topside supports, cranes, flare and vent stacks, riser and mooring supports and hull reinforcement.
  • Make calculations for basic rule scantling and direct strength global and local FEA calculations.
  • Develop FPU stability and loading manual report for all the applicable conditions.
  • Making design of hull outfitting, and develop structural key plans for midship section and typical transverse bulkhead, shell expansion, upper deck, longitudinal profile fore and aft structures
  • Experience in similar function for at least 12 years in upstream industry and 5 years in FPU projects
