Project Director
This role will ideally suit an experienced individual with demonstrated expertise in delivering large projects or Pre Engineered Building solutions. Your outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills will be a key contributor to your success in this high profile position.
Liaising extensively with internal and external stakeholders you will be responsible for providing leadership and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of projects
This will include managing customer requirements, representing the company in negotiations, developing strategies and action plans, overseeing business plans and budgets, procurement strategy, and successful delivery of planned outcomes.
• Safe execution of all projects and uphold Company s high safety standards Direct and overall accountability for a number of ongoing projects at the one time . Overall management of all Project Managers, Procurement and Quality staff. All aspects of project quality management and control system
• Realize the Company s desire to move into building erection / construction
• Reviewing the project progress on all aspects, e.g. material submittals, drawings and actual site construction with senior site staff regularly and taking necessary corrective actions required to meet the project deadlines
• Reviewing and all purchase orders with regard to technical requirements, delivery schedules and commercial terms prior to signing
• Issuing necessary instruction to sub contractors/suppliers on all contractual matters
• Reviewing with project senior engineers and quantity surveyors regarding contract changes and variations and ensuring the timely resolutions
• Oversee the preparation of cost and profitability statement and submissions
• Liaison with main contractor s Project Director on each and every issue affecting the project on regular basis
• Managing relationships with all key sub contractors and implement sourcing strategies to extract maximum benefits for the company in terms of safety, quality, cost and delivery.
SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER
We are currently seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for a large team of design engineers, estimators & draughtsman; ensuring that engineering capacity meets both sales & production requirements, identifying engineering resource requirements; driving standard designs where possible whilst ensuring that all designs are safe and fully optimized. Candidates will have with a proven track record of design & management ideally in Industrial buildings designs. Excellent communications & relationship building skills are essential as is the ability & motivation to develop an experienced team, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the engineering process.
Requirements
• Experience in using MBS & Staad Pro in designing steel buildings
• Preparation & checking of GA drawings and Detailed Structural Drawings
• Checking of fabrication Drawings
• Design of Pre-Engineered Steel Structures
• Structural Engineering Background
Project Manager (PC)
Skills/ Experience Required:
• Understanding of Building Solutions Project Control and Operations Manual
• Understanding customer needs and requirements

o Quality control, including nonconforming product management
o Document control
• Contract management

• Understanding of Steel production plan and sequence

Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Conduct the kick off meeting upon awarded and set up the project team
• Managing Schedule and plan in order to meet customer required schedule, spec and quality
• Coordinate with the technical service / project engineer in providing all the design out put within the schedule and get approval from customer
• Coordinate with PPIC in line to find the qualified supplier as per project
• Controlling the fabrication process on schedule and quality control team and inform the progress to the customer
• Investigate any potential delay and find the solution
• Collect all the fabrication reports, which have approved by QC and make a report to customer
• Coordinate with customer for join inspection, if required
• Monitor and manage the delivery process
• Coordinate with project team to give the best product to customer
• Quick respond to all customer requirement/complaint and put customer with good care
• Coordinate with customer or installer during the building installation process, inform the related person in project if there is problems occur and discuss the solution
• Answer all the customer questions relating to production process, delivery process and installation the project
Jobs Specification:
• Graduated from Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• At least he/she has experienced about 4 years for same positions
• Fluent in English and Business correspondence skill
• Talent on position required
• Good motivation and open mind
• Strong in negotiation skill
• Computer literature and etc
