| Engineering Manager (Based in Middle East) | |
Responsibilities: • Oversee a team in facility management for commercial and residential buildings • Establish good working relationships with clients and to develop trust and confidence • Review and propose on the upgrading and retrofitting of assets within the facility • Manage small to medium scale upgrading projects within the facility • To work together with the Maintenance Department in conducting ad-hoc and routine inspections for early detection of defects or failures • Establish and maintain quality service standards • Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works • Plan, coordinate and execute retrofitting works Requirements: • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Proven experience in facility management in a large facility • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills • Good communication skills both verbal and written • Willing to be based overseas   Interested applicants kindly send your CV to julianyeo@arkyhr.com.
