Primary Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance of the buildings, services, pest control, external works, landscaping, cleaning and cafeteria services on site in partnership with outsourced contractors and vendors Provide cost-effective solutions in the upkeep and enhancement of facility asset life; develop and maintain a cost-effective facilities maintenance management program for buildings, services, pest control, external works, landscaping, cleaning and cafeteria services Maximize the use of CMMS for scheduled and unplanned facility maintenance works; past records and cost monitoring Actively seeks improvements to the facilities, systems and processes through continuous improvements Plan, organise and schedule activities in co-ordination with internal stakeholders and with service providers to prepare the site facilities for agency inspections and visitors Ensure timely and effective execution of facilities related service contracts by service providers to preserve and extend equipment service life Undertake minor upgrading projects related to buildings, services, external works and landscaping Ensure that facility maintenance related work are timely executed; cost effective and are in compliance with cGMP, EHS requirements and good housekeeping practices Maintain proper records of work for data analysis, mark-up of drawings for modifications and its as-built status HVAC system condition monitoring and analysis through BMS for office area and AHU maintenance Position Specific Skills and Experience Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant experience in plant or facilities maintenance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
