An International Oil & Gas Exploration & production Company has the following positions open for immediate engagement:


BENEFIT & POLICY ANALYST (BPA)
• University graduate in Law/ Management/ Buss. Administration/ IT
• Min. 2 years working experience in Human Resources preferable in Oil & Gas Industry
• Having experience in handling Compensation Benefit and Policy Procedures
• Having experience in handling Human Resources Information System
• Familiar with Manpower Law and Government Policy/ Regulation





SR. COMPENSATION BENEFIT & INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR (CB)
• University graduate in Law/ management/ Buss. Administration
• Min. 8 years working experience in Human Resources preferable in Oil & Gas Industry
• Having experience in handling Compensation Benefit, and familiar with salary/ market survey
• Having experience in handling Policy Procedures and CLA
• Having experience in handling Industrial Relations issue and familiar with Labor Law/ UU Ketenagakerjaan



SR. DRILLING ENGINEER (DE)
• University graduate in Engineering
• Min. 5 years working experience in Oil & Gas Drilling/ Operations
• Having experience in interface with contractors and Government Agencies
• Able to prepare cost estimates, contracts and comprehensive drilling programs
• Able to provide well site support as required and minimize well bore problems in a cost effective manner
• Able to monitor and control day-to-day drilling, completion and work over fluid operation



BUDGET & PLAN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (BPA)
• University graduate in Accounting or Finance Management
• 1 year working experience in budgeting in Oil & Gas Company
• Able to work in a team



INTERNAL AUDITOR (IA)
• University graduate in Accounting & Finance Management
• Minimum 2 years working as External Auditor in Big For Public Accountant Firms or Multinational Company or Oil & Gas Company
• Having experience in implementing and testing of SOX Internal Control
• Able to work independently with less supervising



OFFSHORE TERMINAL SUPERINTENDENT (OT)
• Graduate degree in Merchant Marine Academy, preferably has ANT-1 or ATT-1 certificate
• Min. 15 years experience in the operations and maintenance of a marine terminal for oil & gas industry, and technically qualified in areas of offshore marine terminal, among which 5 years at supervisory level
• Familiar with ship to ship transfer operation, oil spill handling, control equipment and lifting crude oil documentation and has a basic marine fire and safety knowledge
• Having sound knowledge and understanding of IMO, ISPS, ISM, ISGOTT, OCIMF, MARPOL and Migas/ Metrologi regulation
• Having valid STCW95 Certificate and Oil Tanker Endorse
• Willing to be assigned to the field
