QC INSPECTOR (Max RM3500.00)

Responsibilities:
· The job is for assembly & test, and incoming inspection on components

Requirements:
· Qualification- certificate/diploma in mechanical/electrical
· Machine Shop background.
· Years of experience-1 year experience in inspection activities preferably in valves and actuators
· Preferably: non Malay/non-Indian to balance up the ratio. Prefer Chinese or other race Sabahan etc


DESIGN ENGINEER - XMT

Responsibilities:
§ Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Mechanical/Design Engineer performs the engineering design function by applying his technical expertise in a professional manner in order to comply with prescribed objectives
§ Working on major and minor Subsea projects he/she is responsible for verifying compliance with applicable codes, standards and Customer requirement for the specific job through to the approval of drawings, designs and specifications
§ He/she will also make sure the job is done within budget and time scale
§ His/her function involves design layouts, design calculations, design reviews and design verification and also making sure all health and safety and environmental requirements are met
§ The Design Engineer shall assist with design prototype testing to verify that the functional and design criteria are being achieved
§ I addition, the Design Engineer shall be responsible for the supervision of allocated Technical personnel in an organized manner to ensure compliance with the Engineering Departmental Procedures which form part of overall Quality System Manual
§ The Design Engineer will be required to provide technical support to any other AKS Department as required.

Requirements:
The jobholder will be qualified to Degree level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
He/she will have 24 months minimum relevant design experience including detail engineering in an Oilfield engineering background
He/ She will have a reasonable working knowledge of Offshore working techniques and preferable will have had exposure to the Offshore working environment
He/She will be a good communicator and have good presentational skills

GRADUATE ENGINEER (Max RM3000.00)

Responsibilities
Plan and prioritize own work to ensure that functional project requirements on scope, time and cost are met
Carry out design layouts engineering calculations, and check work of more junior engineers making sure all HSE requirements are met

PIPING DRAUGHTSPERSON (6 months - + 3 months extension if required).

Responsibilities
· Prepare drawing layout format for specific projects.
· Prepare Piping Isometrics, Piping GA, Sectional Views, Pipe Support Details and other works related to piping drawings.
· Prepare as-built drawings obtained from site measurements and modifications.
· Prepare, check and update drawings as per mark-ups received from Designer and/or Engineer.
· Able to assist Designer and or Engineer either in fabrication and engineering with works related to piping design.
· Maintain records and log books, proper filing of the soft copies of generated deliverables in the system network/project directory.
· Maintain chronological sets of documents and access the required revision set.

Requirements:
· Certification preferably in course related to Drafting and/or Computational Aided Design (CAD).
· SPM.

· Extensive knowledge in using AutoCAD is a MUST.

· To liaise with Project Engineer on the Project requirement for Tie-in Equipment.
· To plan all Tie-in Assembly & Test activities to meet project requirement.

To act as lead/line manager for all estimators involved. The scope includes

DRAUGHTSPERSON

Responsibilities:
The draughtsman/woman is responsible for the creation of detail and other drawing requirements, the correct use and understanding of part numbering system. He/she will comply with all product engineering draughting standards and procedures within the department.

The draughtsman/woman will be required to support any other personnel within Engineering as and when required.

· Ensure that all drawing related documentation is as per Product Engineering procedures prior to releasing to Documentation Control.
· Check engineering detail designs for manufacture.
· Attend engineering design reviews to establish best solution.
· Ensure that all drawing office documentation is correctly stored.
· Have awareness of Aker Solutions products.
· Maintain regular contact with Designers/Engineers and their designees for all aspects of project co-ordination.
· Cost reduction, savings within department & products (without any detrimental effect to design or functionality of products).

Requirements:
· The jobholder will be ideally qualified to ONC level or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering and has detail knowledge of AutoCAD and Solid works draughting packages.
· He/she will have a very good and detailed knowledge of ISO Standards 128, 129 and 1101.

To have overall responsibility for the execution and delivery of engineering solutions for allocated projects including utilisation of PEM

Ensure compliance with technical integrity standards and project procedures.

PROJECT COST CONTROLLER (Max RM7000.00)

Responsibilities:
· Provide support to functional departments within the company which includes the production and interpretation of timely and accurate financial results, budgets, forecasts and ETC’s.
· Challenge the functional managers from a financial perspective, particularly in relation to the achievement of margins, overhead control and cash management.
· Assists in the overall financial management of the company and contributes to the development of the management information systems.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (Max RM6000.00)

Responsibilities:
§ To take charge of Aker Solution Malaysia Products operation and P&L reporting, Identifying, measuring, analysing, interpreting and communicating information to SVP
§ To oversee Aker Solutions day to day operation and provide support to Product VP in terms of Management accounting tasks/financial accounting/ adhoc analysis
§ To take lead in ensuring quality and timely month end closing, for the products, reconciliation of Profit centre reporting to the monthly K1’s
§ To review monthly financial results, management reports , Project summaries , analyse the Products & Manufacturing P&L prior to month-end close

COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR (Max RM7500.00)

Responsibilities
· The SPS Commercial Estimator is responsible to support Commercial Manager in consolidating costs and prices in Large EPC (SPS & MSP) tenders.
· He/ She shall ensure adherence to governing procedures in all aspects of costing and pricing and assist to issue instructions to all providers of cost, all data to ensure correctness and consistency of the input.
· Liaise with the product groups in Subsea and other staff functions include product group cost controller to ensure that the Tender costs are compiled, processed and reviewed according to internal guidelines and 'Instructions to Tender ' received from the Client.
· Assist to establish a standard format spreadsheet in line with the requirements of the Enquiry. The standard spreadsheet shall be issued to all interested parties.
· Responsible to consolidate costs input by WP. She/ he shall receive all cost breakdowns (man-hours, materials etc) supplied by Work Packs are in accordance with specified standard format and adhere to governing procedures.
· Assist to compile the set overhead contribution, profit, risk contingencies and other mark-ups in accordance with applicable BA guidelines. Final review and approval shall be done by the Tender Manager.
· To check and ensure benchmarking of costs and prices are being supplied by WP in accordance with the standard format.
· Ensure WP Cost Estimator produce ‘full cost’ calculations, cash flow calculations and other input needed to satisfy the overall cost in respective product group for consolidation and internal company requirements.
· Prepare overall cost summary and participate in management review.
· Consolidate cost / price changes in related to clarification, shall incorporate input from WPs using standard spreadsheet to reproduce revised prices to client.
· In the event of a contract award, SPS Cost Estimator shall assist to provide budget figures to the execution project.

Education, experience and competencies:
· With a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience, from finance management, cost control or tendering.
· Efficient and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel is a prerequisite, SAP experience is an advantage.
· Professional accounting qualification (fully or part-qualified), preferred.
· English skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment.
· Good verbal communicator and confident in work attitude and in dealing at all levels.
· Good communication skills.
· Commitment in meeting deadlines.
· Structured mindset with good analytical skills.

Key Note:
1) Current salary of candidate is within 4k to 6.5k++ (if call for interview, need to provide 3 months salary slip)

TENDER ADMINISTRATOR (Max RM8000.00)

Responsibilities
Require an individual who are able to work with a group of tender team and are able to assist in delivering tenders to client within specified deadline. The individual may be required to work long hours during tenders’ peak period in order to meet deadlines.

· Assist in tender preparation and monitoring deadlines, follow up instructions with various departments within the organization i.e.
o Assist in setting up project, roles and responsibilities within the SharePoint and Xait.
o Assist in coordination and compilation of tenders and support to tender teams by recording, distribution of hard copies and maintaining records of pre-qualifications, tenders, clarifications and contracts documentation / correspondence i.e maintaining business development, technical master P drive and tenders share points
o Provide tenders’ production and perform photocopying, binding etc.
o Maintain bid working files
o Arrange the packing and delivery of tenders prior to the deadline
o Maintain highest confidentiality for all tenders involved.
· Assist in organizing brochures and confidential documents for tenders, correspondence, records and maintain an organized filling for smooth data retrieval
· Assist in secretarial duties and administrative assignment i.e stationeries inventory and ensuring office equipment is in working condition
· Provide ad-hoc functions and other related duties as and when required.

Requirement:
Administration and High School Certificates
A fair knowledge in Organizational skills and eye for detail
Proficient in Word Processing i.e. Microsoft Office – MS Word and PowerPoint
