Currently, we are looking candidate for the following position below:

Position: Project Control Manager
Work Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the project control manager is responsible for project control and reporting responsibility during all phases of the contract.

Prepare independent evaluations of the project status based on interpretation of reports and own and team's experience based judgment.

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the project schedule.
- Interface with the project team and task managers to define scope of work in the development and update of detailed schedules, cost information, and identification of variances from the original plan.
- Assist in the creation/modification of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and budget data (including resource loading) for those WBS elements.
- Analyzes project schedule progress and performance and identifies developing problem areas.
- Analyzes critical path and restraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule.
- Advise management of risks that may affect project profit, costs, schedules and client relations.
- Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
- Supports the project team in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on the project progress. These reports may include labor productivity, schedule status, financial analysis, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves reports on either direct or indirect engineering/construction activities that are a part of the work.
- Supervise Project Cost Engineer in the development of Project Budgets and Estimates.
- Prepares standard earned value-based reports, including schedule updates, Cost Performance Reports (CPR) and earned value curves.
- Coordinate with Construction Project Controls personnel in the development of Project Controls information (construction schedules, cost), and incorporation of data into the overall project cost & schedule reports.

Requirements :
- 10 years planning/scheduling and cost engineering experience in an engineering and construction environment, including earned value (cost performance index/schedule performance index) and baseline (change) management.
- 5 years of experience with Primavera Project Planner, MS Access, Word and Excel.
- At least 2 years in management position
- In depth working knowledge of Oil and Gas and/or Petrochemical cost control and scheduling techniques and reporting methods.
