Air Energi are a leading global Oil and Gas recruitment company, supplying contract and permanent staff to some of the leading exploration and production companies, EPC's and consultancies. The business has been running for over 30 years and we have operations in over 50 countries.
Due to our continued expansion we are seeking an experienced Client Services Advisor to join our busy office in Houston servicing a major client.
The purpose of the role is to liaise between contractors and the client addressing questions, queries and operational matters in a timely and effective manner. The role will be responsible for coordinating support across various functions to provide our client and contractors with a professional level of service. This individual is expected to have a detailed understanding of the recruitment process including work orders, contract and proposal processes and support the clients Account Management team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills along with very strong organization and problem solving experience. You must have very good time management skills and be experienced in providing solutions to clients as well as being a strong administrator.
This is an excellent role for someone who is keen on providing an excellent level of service to clients and contractors, and for this there is a very good salary and package on offer.
