Title : Estimator Engineer
Responsible:
1. Review new inquiry / tender files
2. Request and expedite the required data from Engineering and other related department
3. Coordinate with Engineering to prepare technical specification to be issued with RFQ to vendor / sub contractor
4. Check all tender submissions, documentation for accuracy with clients requirements
5. Determine of deviation and listed in the tender / proposal
6. Ensure bid bonds are prepared in time
7. Check, review estimate and summarize base cost
Qualification:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min 5 yr experiences in oil & gas industry
3. Good knowledge in estimation, procurement, fabrication, and construction process
4. Excellent in English
