ENGINEERING JOBS
I am recruiting for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to be based in the Netherlands on a staff basis.
Tasks & responsibilities:
o Concept and FEED studies, detail (lead) engineering, and a possible follow through of the discipline all the way into Construction and Commissioning.
o Commissioning Experience is not a must but preferable.
o The Senior Instrumentation Engineer reports to VP Technology.
Requirements:
o At least a bachelor or master degree in Instrumentation and Controls.
o At least 10-15 years of experience in the (petro) chemical industry of which preferably a significant part to have been in the upstream Oil & Gas industry.
o Fields of expertise need to include Process Control & ESD systems, Fire & Gas detection systems, field instrumentation with in particular (fiscal) flowmetering.
o A strong tie with Process and Electrical Engineering is preferable.
o A teamplayer, proactive in an international Engineering and Construction environment.
o Good Dutch communication skills, verbal and in writing. Impeccable English is a must.
o A willingness to travel (for FAT’s and site visits) is mandatory
