Engineering Manager role in Dubai
My client is looking for an Engineering Manager to work in a permanent staff position, based in Dubai to work on projects in Iraq.
The ideal candidate will report to the Director of Operations and will plan, organize and direct the Engineering Department to provide professional high quality technical service to the projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Implementing detailed strategies and objectives for the Engineering Group to match and contribute to the company strategies and objectives; this includes devising strategies for building engineering capability in the oil & gas and energy sectors with the appropriate priorities for products and services including outsourced engineering.
- Quality Assurance- supporting the implementation of the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system, which are relevant to the Business Unit.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to HSEQ by following Statutory HSEQ Regulations and UNAE&C’s Corporate Policies and Management Systems.
